Technology of automatically winding and integrally forming vulcanization and tehcnology of mechanical groove cutting.

We have the first world-leading technology of automatically winding and integrally forming vulcanization and tehcnology of mechanical groove cutting with independent intellectual property rights in China, suitable for cylindrical (CY type) rubber fenders.

The technology is that the feeding extruder automatically extrudes the required size of rubber sheets from the mixing rubber by the extruding and winding devices, then the rubber sheets are repeatedly winded on the forming roller. After reaching the technical size of the product, the water cloth is automatically tied and pressurized on the rubber sheets. Finally, put it in the vulcanizing tank for heating and vulcanizing to molding. After vulcanization, confirm the groove locations and use groove cutting devices on processing.

After this processing implemented, one cylindrical rubber fender can be made by continuously extruding rubber sheets and winding reciprocally. Because of the uniform pitch of winding, the network structure is formed between the upper and lower layers. During the winding process, the high pressure cylinder compacted the air layer by layer to prevent adhesion and remove air. The whole structure of the cylindrical rubber fender is formed after winding and before vulcanization. 

The physical properties of the product are greatly improved by curing at high temperature to molding under pressure. In addition, due to the uniformity of the extruded rubber sheet size and the winding pitch, The concentricity of the section size of the cylindrical rubber fender keeps the same. The  groove spacing is more precise by the proove cutting processing, and the appearance quality is also greatly improved.
